The culturally rich city of Philadelphia, located in Pennsylvania, the fourth largest city in the US; cultural and financial centre of the American colonies; has decided to change their old-fashioned trains running in the city. US has one of the long history of train industry and they finally contract to ROTEM company for 120 cars new building.
Hivetecks H102 panel is decorative laminate honeycomb panel; consist of two aluminum skins with structural honeycomb core with one or both side decorative laminate. Especially, the company can put deco laminates only one side of the panels with sustaining flatness. It is very rare case in the world because one-side lamination makes curving the panels.
This panel is very simply theory of bonding structure in composite panels, however, it need very careful quality control process because 4 layer of bonding system faced on various environment in process of manufacturing, assembling and transportation, installing and maintenance.
