The first unmanned rail vehicles in Sao Paulo, Brazil was manufactured and supplied by Hyundai Rotem Company. Continued to Salvador 24 cars in 2003, Rio de Janeiro subway train 80 cars in 2004, this project was 84 cars in São Paulo subway. Currently Rotem has 66% of local market share in this area.
São Paulo city, 10 millions of populations, has city commuter of 6 lines, subway 4 lines on their rail routes. One of the heavy traffic city in the world will be moderate of this 84 cars.
Hivetecks honeycomb panel manufactured and supplied by Hongseong Industrial located in Korea has lightweight, rigid and stiffness so that it can reduce the car weight savings and cost effect, especially in railway vehicles, marine ship or yacht area.
