Partitions and ㄱ shape covers made by lightweight honeycombs
This project is abnormal case for domestic market which runs 2nd floor locomotives with current railway systems like same width of railroad. The capital city of Korea, Seoul and Chunchun city which located in 70 kilometers away from Seoul, famous for sightseeing city, especially for young people.
It will run mid of year 2012 with 8 cars, maximum 180 kilometers per hour as semi-high speed traditional seat basis train. We have provided several types of partition panels; TC1 has special transparent glass with visible and unvisible mode by electronic devices between driver's module and a passenger cabin, and other MC1 and MC2 required ㄱ style bent honeycomb panels with LCD screen or other signal signs.
In order to accomplish various requirements for the customer, we also have applied various manufacturing methods as like vacuum methods as well as a traditional hot press system.
HivetecksⓇ lightweight honeycomb panel has produced our unique production method with international patented in AMF system, as well as cold or hot press, sometimes vacuum methods. Railway vehicle interior panel requires a pre-fabricated assembled panel not like just plain panel, this is the point to satisfy railway vehicle manufacturers so that we have a second facilities in south area of Korean peninsula.
This plant has a precision CNC router which is longest in local and other machines has cutting, grooving and computer aided hole making and 3 dimensional shapes are possible in order to match every critical user's detail requirements. Such a precise function helps us to achieve railway business as well as an architectural and marine sectors.
