Hyundai Premium Outlet, located in Gimpo City, is the first premium outlet by Hyundai Department Store, targeting not only Korean consumers but also China and Northeast Asian markets based on optimal location conditions such as Gyeongin Ara Waterway, Olympic Boulevard, Gimpo Airport and Incheon Airport.
Since Gimpo city has the characteristics of a waterfront city, the outlet was designed in a way that water and outlets are organically harmonized. In particular, the existing waterfront passage in the outlet was made so that it could naturally flow through the 1st block and 2nd block buildings without transforming the existing waterfront passage. This allowed visitors to look around the entire outlet while shopping along the waterway.
