Hivetecks in E-mart Headquarter, representing Seongsu-dong
The headquarters of E-Mart in Seongsu-dong, embodies the motif of the corporate spirit in their office building; which is to put customers first. The vertical linear design symbolizes the company's dynamism and growth.
A stripe design was adopted for the continuity and flow of faces to ensure continuity of forelimbs and high-rise mass. It was established on an atypical site with a trapezoidal shape with a wide front and a narrow rear.
The central core was used to minimize the side where the workspace faces the outer wall. Due to the oblique restriction, the rooftop part is used as a sky garden, and the front part of the 14th floor above the ground is composed of a two-story rest area, which is used as a space for workers' leisure and relaxation.
The headquarter of E-Mart, a representative building in Seongsu-dong with a modern design, used Hivetecks® from Hongseong Industrial Co.
