High-rise residential building at the center of Seoul
Raemian Central Park Building is located in front area of Yongsan Station, which is considered a major railway junction in Seoul, the capital of South Korea.
Before the urban renewal of nearby area, originally the neighborhood adjacent to Yongsan Station was packed with military clothing store due to US armed forces in Korea. But after the relocation of the U.S base to Pyongtaek, the area has been redeveolped and substituted for the multi-use buildings. As part of this kind of change, the Ramian complex was constructed by Samsung C&T Corporation in 2015. The Raemian is consists of two high-rise residential buildings, 195 rooms for residence and 782 rooms for office space on 40 floors.
To this project, We, Hongseong industrial company supplied 17,258 square meters of our family product called HivetecksⓇ in Atrium White Color.
