Aluminium Corrugate Panel

Embotecks is an lightweight composite panel which has 0.5mm thick aluminum skins and corrugated aluminum cored with
adhesive. It weighs only 3.9 kg per square meter enhances building lightweight. Good flatness and structural rigidity gives various
merits to its applications. Its high strength to weight ratio and excellent resistance to deflection.
Hongseong’s continuous manufacturing process offers a low-cost, large-scale production capability that should allow more
widespread use of corrugated structures in replacement of more traditional core materials in many large-volume applications.

Protect film

Arrows on the protect film imply the right
direction to install the panel.

Front Skin

0.5mm thickness of aluminum skin with PVdf painting and available of
a wide range of color.

Non-combustible mineral filled core

Corrugated structured core strengths its flatness and lightness.

Adhesive
